§3. Orders / Składanie zamówień

2. Providing the necessary data is required to complete an order./ Warunkiem złożenia zamówienia jest podanie danych niezbędnych do jego realizacji.
3. Placing an order constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract between the Customer and the Seller./ Złożenie zamówienia oznacza zawarcie umowy sprzedaży pomiędzy Klientem a Sprzedawcą.
§4. Prices and Payments/ Ceny i płatności

§6. Right of Withdrawal / Prawo odstąpienia od umowy

Due to the handmade and limited nature of the products, the Seller does not accept returns based on withdrawal, except as described in §7./Ze względu na charakter produktów – ręcznie wykonywana, limitowana biżuteria – Sprzedawca nie przyjmuje zwrotów z tytułu odstąpienia od umowy, z wyjątkiem przypadków określonych w §7.
2. By placing an order, the Customer accepts the unique character of the products./ Klient, składając zamówienie, akceptuje indywidualny charakter produktów.
§7. Complaints / Reklamacje
1. The Customer has the right to submit a complaint if the product is defective or not as ordered./ Klient ma prawo do złożenia reklamacji w przypadku, gdy produkt jest wadliwy lub niezgodny z zamówieniem.
2. Complaints should be submitted via e-mail to sandibijouxjewelrt@gmail.com./ Reklamacje należy zgłaszać drogą e-mailową na adres sandibijouxjewelry@gmail.com.
